If you already have a startup idea, that’s great — we’d love to hear it. But our structure is built around people first. That means we can’t guarantee others will join your idea, and we ask everyone to be open to working on new problems they didn’t initially consider. We start from problem spaces, not polished ideas, and expect everyone to embrace that early-stage exploration.
